San Sebastián was beautiful, quiet, and we really enjoyed our time there before heading to San Pancho.

Eco Tourism is something that tries to capture a certain market of tourist with questionable... read more tactics, but this place is the real deal. I first came to San Sebastian in the early 1970's on a motorcycle and had a house there for about 5 years. The beauty and tranquility of this valley is beyond anything you will ever experience in Mexico. The town is as authentic "old Mexico" as you can find in the country and the traditions and people reflect the "old ways". The question I left with is: "Can we save this place from overdevelopment and questionable building practices by the locals. The tranquility of this place must be preserved at all cost. Cristian's cabin is something that you will never want to leave. Her attention to detail is unrivaled by any other host I have ever experienced. A trip to this place renews one's spirit and love of the planet. You should experience this sooner than later.
